Not thrilled with your new desk? No problem! SuperStore offers an easy, no-questions-asked return policy within 10 days of delivery. Enjoy a full refund and free doorstep collection.

How to return the product?

1.Initiate the return: Send an email to support@supergo.in with the subject "Return Request - < Order number >" and include the following details:
· Full name
· Order number (you will find this in the email when you placed the order)
· Email ID
· Phone number
· Collection address
· Reason for return
2.Schedule collection: After receiving your request, we'll contact you to set up a free doorstep collection.
3.Prepare for return: Carefully disassemble the desk and pack it back into its original packaging.
4.Receive your refund: Once the product is collected and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Terms & Conditions

Return period: You have 10 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your product, as per our tracking records.
Eligibility requirements:
· All items must be returned in their original factory packaging and in “like new” condition.
· All parts must be intact and undamaged.
· Items returned in other than “like new” condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Damage fees: If the desk is damaged upon return due to any reason, a fee of up to 50% of the purchase or product value may be applied, depending on the product's condition and packaging after inspection.

Important notes

· Refund processing: Returned items are subject to inspection prior to issuing a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original source of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed once we have all necessary information.
· Marketplace purchases: This return policy applies only to products purchased from our online store. For items bought from online marketplaces (such as Amazon), please refer to the respective marketplace's return policies.
