How to request replacement the product?

1.Initiate the replacement : Send an email to support@supergo.in with the subject "Replacement Request - < Order number >" and include the following details:
· Full name
· Order number (you will find this in the email when you placed the order)
· Email ID
· Phone number
· Collection address
· Reason for replacement (Physical Damage, Defective, Wrong and Missing Item)
· Photos & Videos of the product with the replacement reason clearly visible.
2.Schedule collection: After receiving & inspecting your request, we'll contact you to set up a free doorstep collection.
3.Prepare for return: Carefully disassemble the product and pack it back into its original packaging.
4.Receive your refund: Once the product is collected and inspected, your replacement will be issued.

Terms & Conditions

Return period: You have 10 calendar days from the date of delivery to replace your product, as per our tracking records.
Eligibility requirements:
· All items must be returned in their original factory packaging and in “like new” condition along with MRP tag and accessories for a successful pick-up.
· All parts must be intact and undamaged.
· Items returned in other than “like new” condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be borne by the buyer.
Damage fees: If the product is damaged upon return due to any reason, a fee of up to 50% of the purchase or product value may be applied, depending on the product's condition and packaging after inspection.

Order Cancellation

1. Before Dispatch:
Orders are usually dispatched within 6–12 hours of being placed. If you cancel within 6 hours, your cancellation will be accepted. A 3% Razorpay payment processing fee will be deducted from your refund. No freight or other charges will apply.

2. After Dispatch:
Once dispatched (with tracking details provided), cancellations depend on shipment status. If the shipment can be retrieved easily, no freight charges will apply. If the shipment is already in transit, the refund will be processed after deducting freight charges (ranging from ₹800 to ₹2000, depending on product weight and destination).

· Marketplace purchases: This return policy applies only to products purchased from our online store. For items bought from online marketplaces (such as Amazon), please refer to the respective marketplace's return policies.
· Fair Usage Policy: This policy is designed to address genuine customer concerns. Any misuse or repeated unjustified claims may be treated as unfair usage, and SuperGo reserves the right to decline such requests and take necessary action as permitted by law.
